Finding moments of calm
I work in a field where my job is to help people feel well — to create healthier, happier workplaces for others.
But somewhere along the way, I stopped feeling well myself.
I was doing meaningful work, raising small children, juggling deadlines — and like so many of us, I hit a wall. I didn’t have time to add self-care to my schedule, and even when I did carve out a few minutes, it felt like another item on a never-ending to-do list.
Then something shifted.
I realized that the rituals I needed weren’t more — they were already there, hiding in plain sight.
Showers. Baths. The quiet moments of getting ready. Lighting a candle at the end of the day. What if these weren’t chores or transitions… but sacred spaces?
I started turning my daily routines into rituals. And everything changed.
My Sacred Ritual was born from that shift. It's a collection of intentional tools to bring beauty, calm, and presence into the most ordinary moments.
Because we don’t need more time. We need more meaning.
